True, often the door is on the opposite wall to the headboard, but directly opposite the foot end? Usually it's closer to the next wall and not so centered.
Right next to the head is also bad, I agree.
According to Feng Shui, the best is not to sleep in a passageway, so not where the energy flows ("high traffic areas", near door, window...).
Of course, this cannot be perfectly implemented with every floor plan, but if you are building and can influence it, I would do it.
What I also noticed:
Because the large bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom, it will not later be possible to swap rooms. For example, if a child needs a bigger room for some reason, or a child moves out and you want to use that room differently and sleep in one of the smaller rooms yourself, and so on. Personal needs change over time. That deprives you of flexibility. You can do it, but I wanted to point that out.
