Our house construction company informed us by phone last week that they want more money, otherwise they will not start... Our fixed price still applies and the builder is ready to start immediately. We have also responded in writing and are considering involving a lawyer.
Our house price is 321,000 euros and the additional payment is supposed to be 36,800 euros. The reason given is increased material prices.
