Because the large bathroom can only be accessed from the bedroom, it will later not be possible to swap the rooms.
I think that is a legitimate objection. Personally, I would also make the bathroom accessible from the hallway. This has the advantage that the bedroom is not misused as a passage room, which would have the disadvantage that at least the bed user on the left side of the plan is disturbed in their peace when the other has to walk past them. Especially because the house is very compact, I would design it flexibly. And the hallway is after all the distributor of the rooms. Regarding the freezer room, it should be mentioned that a heating system is usually placed at the shortest path to the outside, i.e., on the exterior wall (that is my understanding). The door should be moved somewhat to the left side of the plan so that a compact wardrobe wall as storage space for coats and stuff is available on the right side of the hallway. I find a guest room rather than a children's room in the position opposite the entrance very sensible. Personally, I would probably leave out the double door to the hallway and separate the sleeping area with one door. The window in the bedroom at the bottom of the plan would bother me a lot.
