If your new house tends to overheat significantly and you need to keep it cool permanently, then seriously consider a proper air conditioning system +Photovoltaics, at least prepare for it.
The controlled residential ventilation already reduces the heating up somewhat, you won't get much more out of it sensibly. Invest better in proper shading and its control.
Our controlled residential ventilation switched to turbo mode in summer bypass operation for cooling by default. We turned that off because it has no positive effect.
Cooling via air-to-water heat pump is just "nice to have" for us and cold feet for 1-2 days don't bother us either. Especially AFTER the heatwave now in the peak summer, it was nice to get the heat (max. 25° at our place) out of the house faster.
BKA everywhere for cooling is certainly cool, but it mainly makes sense if you can permanently cool passively via a geothermal source. Otherwise, I would prefer air conditioning.
