Ah yes, right. The thread where I was almost stoned because of the connection Garage/Laundry room/Kitchen
Are now finished and probably well within the budget. Yes, I think you should keep it all in one hand. Even if it costs three bucks more. Experience eventually becomes priceless. I think you should carefully consider where you show the stingy mentality.
Exactly. I find such a display quite practical where my appointments etc. are listed. Then I know while brushing my teeth whether I have to hurry or not. A gimmick but if you do it yourself it costs almost nothing

What did the final draft look like for you? It wasn't clear from the thread. Oh yes: I know where you'll be living soon

It takes a few weeks until the offer comes. Bathrooms are basically expensive, so you don't want any mess.

I'm printing out a workshop plan for the ground floor now and then I'm heading to the construction site to plan the sockets ^^

There will be fresh pictures again on the weekend

As far as the bathtub is concerned, people are right. If you have or get kids, you will regret it. (Sacrificing the utility room for a bigger bathroom, walking up and down one floor with a laundry basket won’t kill anyone, otherwise Dirk should plan a laundry chute for you)

For the bedroom, I would omit the wall to the "walk-in closet" (it will be a drywall partition anyway). A 1m walk-in closet area is very tight, plus you could place a corner wardrobe to gain more space for clothes. Otherwise, one of the kids’ rooms will soon become a walk-in closet

This morning, after planning in the shell building until 10 pm yesterday evening in deep darkness and bitter cold, we roughly planned the electrical installation with Haupenthal so that the conduits and distributors can be installed in the ground floor ceiling. The company Haupenthal gave us great advice this morning and pointed out many things we would never have thought of regarding sockets and switches. Great people. The ceiling will probably be closed tomorrow or Saturday and soon work will continue on the upper floor. Remember to have them install a 32A connection in the garage in case an electric car comes someday. I think only 16A is included in the DHI standard, but that won’t make anyone happy.
