Between the garage and the house is our front door with a hallway and utility room, and from there you go to the right down 5 steps into the living room, kitchen, etc., and the stairs up to the bedrooms, etc. The total usable area is, I think, 198 m² including the garage, and the basement replacement room is, I believe, about 148 m² of living space...

Yes, the architect apparently does that for everyone during the (first) meeting. I was really fascinated how he drew it according to our wishes in such a short time

Have you two actually decided on a heating system yet? So, do you already know what you are going to do?
