No, I'm not concerned about 100% legal certainty. It's only important to me that I don't have to pay a lot more for my house later than was agreed before.

Am I reading here that you had the contract reviewed?

I guess you mean the construction in Grünstadt? I can't find anything else.

I completely forgot to address the question: Since I personally am not knowledgeable about the advantages and disadvantages of drywall partitions compared to solid walls on the upper floor, I unfortunately can't say anything competent on this. It's more of a feeling for me... I just can't quite understand why in the upper floor of a solidly built house, drywall partitions would suddenly be installed. That's why I have the question for you.

yes, Grünstadt, take note of the timeline of the construction so far

On the topic of drywall partition:

You are more flexible in room design, reduce the weight load on the ground floor ceiling (thus less cracking), the walls used generally have better sound insulation. Ytong solid walls are acoustically useless anyway.

No moisture (it’s not called drywall partition for nothing)

You want to remodel the room at some point? Then be glad it is a non-load-bearing drywall partition.

On the topic of contract:

I would generally have something like that checked.

A little update: The roof is on, the windows are in. Unfortunately, everything is very delayed, which has led to the shell already being very wet at the moment. Now it’s time to dry and wait. The photovoltaic system is arriving tomorrow.

The burn-in barrier is also on the walls. Really nasty stuff. I strongly recommend a full-body suit. And definitely do it before the windows are in! Otherwise, just roll it up without regard for losses and do the corners with a paste brush. After 1.5 days, the job was done. Nearly 350 sqm of wall area. I was glad that the bathrooms, utility room, and garage are getting the red lime plaster. My poor back...

Hello,

Our construction with DHI started at the beginning of the year and is probably quite a standard DHI design. Currently, the ground floor is almost completely built. The ceiling should be coming soon. Due to the weather, it has been somewhat delayed so far because with the rain, masonry simply can't be done... Well, it is actually winter. Otherwise, we are definitely satisfied so far.

Crazychris, have you already installed the photovoltaic system on it? I would actually like to do that as soon as possible as well. Can you tell me your photovoltaic installer? So far, I have received relatively few responses from potential installers and until now they have been quite expensive (1,200 € net/kWp). At least when I compare it with information from the internet (900-1,000 €). Many thanks in advance!

Welcome Flachzange. The actual conversation about DHI now mostly takes place via private message.

For us, it was Solar Sperling, otherwise I can also recommend Schoenergie. About 1,100 net/kwp.

Apparently, you can’t get below that in our region.

But please keep in mind: by mid-year, the cap for the Renewable Energy Sources Act funding will be reached. If politics have not acted by then, there will be no more feed-in tariff.

We have occupied east, south, and west on a 22-degree pitched roof with 10 modules each of 330 watts = 9.9 kwp.

I would have also occupied north if I had found cheap 400-watt modules. Never mind.

Our shell is drying off comfortably. In the meantime, the heating planning is underway.
