However, 2.5mm only allows 16A, so 4mm or directly 6mm cable is recommended.

It is best to plan a conduit in the technical room leading outside, pull 1-2 cables from the fuse box directly outside (preferably also LAN right away) and that's it.
Cables don't cost the world, e.g. 10m (5G 6.0 mm²) for 30-60 EUR.

In our case, the cables are laid directly under the screed, so depending on your construction, preliminary installation might also be an advantage for you. So "just conduit" is good, but laying out all cables prepared is better ;)

And don't forget the LAN cable. At least Teslas need Wi-Fi, but other cars also have it.

So why then a LAN cable if they need WLAN? But the cable is probably meant for the wall box anyway and not for the car. ;)

Please don't listen to that. Inform the electrician, because the cross-section depends on the fuse AND the line length. For example, we have 16 mm² to a distribution board in the garage. From there, 10 mm² goes to the wall box. (But less would have also been sufficient there.)

For me, the car needs WLAN, not the wallbox, but you are right, more intelligent wallboxes probably also need a LAN connection. My WLAN doesn’t reach the garage, so I would always run a LAN cable into the garage. A 230V connection for an access point or router is probably available anyway, and there is also PoE.

I mostly agree, but it depends on the length and the connected load; only those who have this data can give a good answer.

Conduit alone is nonsense, just put the cables in right away; they can also be put additionally in a protective tube, which doesn't cost much. If it fits and you really want it, you can also lay a 70mm KG pipe to the garage in addition to the currently needed cables — who knows if that might become a specially used room someday :D

LAN cable definitely, how else should the wallbox be priority-controlled or something like that?

But I can't imagine that 10m of 5x 6mm² for 30-60€ are still available nowadays (copper prices are in the ***).
