So 1.5 weeks have now passed and on Monday work on the foundation slab will begin, so now the shell construction will proceed quickly. I wish you a nice weekend. Regards Martin

Hey Martin, that sounds good! About half of the exterior walls are up by now. As far as I know, the ground floor ceiling is ordered for the end of next week. So once they start laying bricks, it will progress quickly. Have you also already talked about the air-water heat pump? Have a nice rest of the weekend

Very nice Jochen, that also sounds good. Unfortunately, we had a 2-day construction stop because the wastewater plan was not yet 100% clear, so now we are not quite on schedule anymore....

Our air-to-water heat pump was approved by Energis. We will have a Viessmann 200 -A.

Best regards Martin

Hello everyone, that all sounds very good. The weather is currently cooperating very well.
All our exterior walls are now plastered with base coat, the garage and a storage room are also already plastered.
Today we will start with the interior walls; on the upper floor we will have red lime plaster and in the basement gypsum plaster.

Regards
Philippe

Hello everyone,

then things are really moving forward for everyone... The window installers have been working here since Friday and the electricians and heating engineers as well.

I have now painted the fire barrier everywhere and if any of you still need half a bucket, I have some left! (@ Philippe, the already diluted bucket was sufficient)

Best regards

-> Just like with us, we decided on red lime at the last moment, and accordingly threw out the controlled ventilation.

I was just on site, the floor slab is reflecting in the evening sun and will now dry so that masonry work can begin on Wednesday.

Everything is still very exciting and thrilling.

Greetings and have a nice evening.

Martin
