DHI Planning and Living St. Wendel

Hello, I am brand new here. Aunt Google pointed me to you because I am looking for experiences with DHI. I have already heard a lot of good things about them.

My question is: roughly, what price range do your houses fall into? I know it always depends on size and level of completion, but I would be interested in a general idea. We are planning a house of about 150-180 m², with a basement and solar system.

A friend has just built with them. I think they roughly ended up at 1850 euros per sqm. We were also interested in DHI and have heard almost only good things. However, for us the construction start would have been too late.

Solar system = Photovoltaics? 7-15 TEUR + possibly storage Keller from...to, with 50 TEUR as a usable cellar it might start, rather 80 TEUR upwards.

However, this is independent of the provider and not specifically related to DHI.

Are there currently any builders who are building with DHI?

Ok but understandable given the weather. If it keeps raining into the shell of the building all the time, you don't gain anything. Still, the question is how satisfied are you so far? What kind of house are you building?

We are building a city villa with a double garage. We are actually very satisfied so far. Unfortunately, the planning phase took a long time due to a relatively high workload at DHI. But we gladly accepted that. DHI has a very good reputation and that was ultimately what mattered. Only regional and well-known craft businesses and a very reasonable, although not exactly cheap, calculation. If you are looking for something reliable, I can recommend DHI unconditionally, at least up to now.
