So the same construction program as with us. We also decided on DHI in December. Tomorrow the building application will be submitted.

Top!

Apart from the painting work, we have commissioned everything with DHI. Otherwise, we basically stick to the fairly good standard of DHI in our opinion. I'd rather put the extra money into vacation.

Tomorrow I will be at the construction site, then I will upload some photos. Maybe something has changed. You don't necessarily always get that with DHI wesche, from that perspective...

Yes, so far we have only excluded the painting and flooring work. Oh.. and the earthworks are being carried out in-house. How long did it take for you between the building application and groundbreaking? May I ask which heating system you are choosing? Wesch wie ich menn

After the building permit, 2 weeks, but only because DHI still absolutely wanted to finish the base slab before Christmas. Normally 4 weeks after the permit is granted, of course depending on the weather.

We are using the alpha Innotec lwav+ 82... with cooling function, just reaching the 4.5 annual performance factor for the subsidy. Which, as I want to mention, has been significantly higher since 01.01. Is Fa. Ernst also your heating installer?

OK that sounds quick. I have to make sure that the excavation work is carried out swiftly. I contacted them last week because I want to switch from an air-water heat pump to a brine-water heat pump with a trench collector and for that I also need to get in touch with the heating installer. I was then referred to the company Lemens, and they definitely responded positively to my idea. I want to coordinate that in more detail in the next few days to make sure it works out. Cooling function was included for us as well. It should also work with the trench collector. Yes, the subsidy has really taken off since 1.1., although the costs for underfloor heating are not subsidized. I also have to see how the trench collector is subsidized regarding own contributions. I am still reading up on that or waiting a bit with the application until the excavation work.

Has anything changed. We also initially considered a brine heat pump, but the drilling costs were too high. A trench collector limits you in later property planning, maybe a pool will come at some point. Is your property big enough for a trench collector? Depending on the heated living area, it can quickly become tight.
