Power outlets are such a topic... I also don't want to plaster everything with them, but I currently live in a new building where I already notice that a power outlet would really be practical in one place or another. There are really walls where there's nothing at all. I never really thought about it, but it does get annoying in everyday life. Ceiling spots are only planned in our hallway, kitchen, and upstairs hallway. Additionally, in the stairwell. Smart home is a topic, but here too I want to talk to the electrician first. I can imagine a bus system, but not at any price. At the moment, I control everything with IP/radio and it works so far without failure. Today the weather is so good that I'm really tempted to start with the earthworks.

You can start removing the topsoil. In my opinion, it doesn’t count as an excavation pit yet. In [Saarland], nobody cares about that anyway.

Yes, but I don't want to start twice either. The topsoil is removed quickly. And if the area lies fallow and it keeps raining on it, I haven't gained anything. I am currently standing in front of Richter + Frenzel to finish the bathroom planning anyway.

uuuh, you guys have an awesome plot, is the house below you also from DHI?

As far as bathroom planning goes, leave out the small stuff like mirrors, towel holders, additional wall cabinets (not the base cabinets under the sinks) etc. That’s insanely expensive. You can get the same for a fraction of the price on Amazon ^^

If you still need topsoil, we have more than enough... there’s no way I’ll ever use it all

Where did you see the property? Yeah, I think it's not too bad for living. Yeah, the neighbor also has a DHI house. Yeah, I had also considered getting all the bathroom stuff elsewhere. I'm not really a fan of brands that need washbasins for 5000€. Let's wait and see what's inside and if it's worth it to me. I want to build a mirror myself with Smartlcd anyway. I'm exchanging for earth masses.

Well, in your planning thread... The view is already great

The washbasins etc. are okay. The really expensive things are the base cabinets. But have everything made by Ernst alone for warranty reasons.

Mirror with SmartLCD, so one where you can theoretically watch messages while brushing your teeth?
