Hello everyone,
there is really a lot going on here again
@ Martin:
We started in mid-February, but then had a good three-week construction stop after digging the pit. The effective start was mid-March. Everything is going well, but I am also on top of it and in personal contact with many craftsmen. In the meantime, we also intentionally took a drying break.
Yes, exactly. With the drywall pre-wall installations, I meant the "frame" of the flush-mounted cisterns. They don’t cost a fortune now, but they were missing in the calculation.
I have to ask the tiler about laying part of the tiles. Then I could already set up my tool shelves and put all the stuff in there. At the moment, everything is piling up in the garage
The drywall installer finished the substructure for us by the weekend. Over the weekend, I then pulled the cables to where the lamps are supposed to go later (Attention: note exactly where this is, otherwise you won’t find them again). On Monday and Tuesday, they then attached and plastered the plasterboard panels. Today sanding, then plastering again....
@ Timo:
Yes, we have exhaust air and I also have a Naber system. I installed the wall box yesterday, the rest will follow during the week.
I have given some thought to photovoltaics:
* Effective only with high self-consumption of the generated electricity and, in my view, the storage systems still need some time.
* My shed roof has the wrong orientation for photovoltaics (N/W).
* Retrofitting can still be done with relatively little effort.
* The mortgage for the house was sufficient for me at first; I did not want to take out another one for a photovoltaic system.
For these reasons, the decision against photovoltaics was made.
But it can look different with your roof orientation. Have you talked to Benni H. about it?
