Hello everyone,
there is really a lot going on here again
@ Martin:
We started in mid-February, but then had a good three-week construction stop after digging the pit. The effective start was mid-March. Everything is going well, but I am also on top of it and in personal contact with many craftsmen. In the meantime, we also intentionally took a drying break.
Yes, exactly. With the drywall pre-wall installations, I meant the "frame" of the flush-mounted cisterns. They don’t cost a fortune now, but they were missing in the calculation.
I have to ask the tiler about laying part of the tiles. Then I could already set up my tool shelves and put all the stuff in there. At the moment, everything is piling up in the garage
The drywall installer finished the substructure for us by the weekend. Over the weekend, I then pulled the cables to where the lamps are supposed to go later (Attention: note exactly where this is, otherwise you won’t find them again). On Monday and Tuesday, they then attached and plastered the plasterboard panels. Today sanding, then plastering again....

@ Timo:
Yes, we have exhaust air and I also have a Naber system. I installed the wall box yesterday, the rest will follow during the week.

I have given some thought to photovoltaics:
* Effective only with high self-consumption of the generated electricity and, in my view, the storage systems still need some time.
* My shed roof has the wrong orientation for photovoltaics (N/W).
* Retrofitting can still be done with relatively little effort.
* The mortgage for the house was sufficient for me at first; I did not want to take out another one for a photovoltaic system.
For these reasons, the decision against photovoltaics was made.
But it can look different with your roof orientation. Have you talked to Benni H. about it?

Yes, well delays that in my opinion should not have happened. But we are now behind and will make sure that something like this does not happen again, because unfortunately there is no bustling activity with us. Maybe we should find out what is going better for you or worse for us.... When did you actually start!? What exactly do you mean by drywall pre-wall installations?! Cisterns etc.?!

We have tiled half of the heating room, we will do the rest when the screed is dry. According to the screed installer, the procedure is completely fine. We wanted the heating to be placed on the tiles and not on the screed.

Regarding the drillings in the drywall ceilings, we first have to talk to the electrician or the drywall installer. In the kitchen, we have decided on a Berbel ceiling lift hood, so we don't need to do anything here.

Hello everyone,

We have also gone with the NoGo and have sanded and painted the plaster like Timo. We like it very much.
Currently, we are painting the upper floor and laminate will be laid over the weekend.
All ceilings are finished and the walls in the basement are finished except for the bathroom.
Our plan is to be in the house by the end of September.

Hello everyone,
our screed drying program is now running for the second time because there was still too much residual moisture in the screed.
Next week, the floor tiles will probably be laid. At the same time, I will start applying/spraying the primer so that the painters only have to do the finishing touches.
We will delay laying the laminate floor as long as possible to allow the screed to dry for as long as possible.
However, the kitchen and the wood-burning stove are ordered for the end of September, and the painters will also be finished by then, so we will probably be able to move into the house by mid-October.
In addition, I have 4 weeks of vacation starting in mid-September for the final work and the move.

Hello Hello,

first of all, a brief clarification; I didn’t want to step on anyone's toes with the "nOgO". As already mentioned, we had half of the heating room tiled, and then completely plastered and painted the ceiling white, so that we don’t have to do that once the heating system is installed. This way, we were also able to get an "impression", paint on the ceiling and wall. Of course, that is also possible, no question, but as already noted, tastes are different, so we decided to leave this to a painter in the living rooms who will cover all the plaster walls and ceilings with fleece and possibly paint them. I think that way we can put a checkmark behind this topic.

Otherwise, the interior is currently being plastered, the heating installation should be completed by Thursday, and Benni Haupenthal will install the meters and the distribution box this week so that electricity can be supplied to the heating and the screed can dry.

That’s all from me..

Regards, Martin

Hi everyone,

So that was a tough week, painting the upstairs every day after work and on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, laying laminate in the same area. Now only two rooms need laminate flooring and then the upstairs is done except for the bathroom .
