First of all, you are listing the net prices here. Gross it is €600. The difference here is also the earthworks. 3m from the property boundary. The other is 15m. Depending on network coverage, you could be rejected for 50m. But since it's Berlin, it should work out. €15.19 per meter including VAT. 3m are included. So you have to pay for about 47m. Plus your private cable.

But you are allowed to put up an external pillar? Then the electrician misunderstood me. I want to put a pillar at the property boundary.

We have to. I find them hideous. Fortunately, we can put them in a corner next to a power distribution box, so they hardly stand out. But many neighbors have them right in front next to the pathway (from the nowadays modern and flat stone "front yard"). *gag*

I am aware that the prices I listed were net. It slipped in like that, sorry.

So 600€ difference. I actually prefer the box in the utility room and expected a higher surcharge. So that fits. Besides, as far as I understand, I have 15m instead of 3m cabling included. That already makes a difference.

So you also see it that the difference has to be made up for the cable price, right? What do you mean by plus private cable? I think these 15€ are "only" for the cable?!

Oh, I thought the column was supposed to be used. I misunderstood that. Yes, exactly 15m.

Yes, just the difference. I thought a column was intended. If the column were placed further back, private cable would have to be laid from there into the house accordingly. But that is eliminated by a connection in the utility room, of course.
With own work, appropriate conduits still have to be procured. Definitely pay attention to the right color And don't forget the pull cord. Otherwise, they just disappear.

So, I had the on-site appointment with the electrician. He misunderstood me. He thought I wanted to install an exterior column and share it with the builder of the rear half. But we just want to place two columns at the property boundary and from there, lay the empty conduits to the HAR ourselves as part of our own work. So everything goes as planned.

He also said that whether the connection is outside or inside the house does not matter in terms of cost, only the length of the cable is decisive for the price...
