No, we have now been living in our house built with the DHI for 2 years in the summer.

We are currently building with the company DHI, or are about to complete.

That's exciting! DHI was recommended to us by several builders. Spektral Haus is also still an option. But first, we need to find a plot where we can build without a basement.

Does anyone happen to know one around St. Wendel or Ottweiler?!

So before we became aware of DHI, we had several providers at our property (sloping hillside property) who all told us that we definitely had to build with a basement. Only the partner architect from DHI spared us the unnecessary basement thanks to the split-level construction method.

My question would be: what price range do your houses usually fall into, approximately? I know it always depends on size and scope of expansion, but I would be interested in a rough guideline. We are planning a house with about 150-180 m², with a basement and solar system.
