Hello everyone, we are currently building a town villa with 150 sqm of living space plus a double garage in Ottweiler with DHI. We are very satisfied so far. On November 12, the earthworks began, and on December 22, the roof frame was already installed with underlay membranes. On Monday, work on the garage roof began, and the entire roof will be completed this week. Regards Philippe

For us, it finally started now, the earthworks also began in November, probably after yours, and yesterday the ground slab was done...

So there are already four DHI builders from the small Saarland here
I am quite satisfied so far. It can finally get started!

So how are things going with you at the moment??
We are getting the windows in the next two weeks.

Good morning... Good... however, the snow is messing up my plans and those of the bricklayers! However, they managed to pour the ceiling between the ground floor and the upper floor last week before the big snow. So not much snow will get into the house. I was also able to help and am removing all the snow from the ceiling and, since we are building staggered, also from the area where the garage/entrance floor slab is supposed to go. So far everything is going well! I am satisfied and now hope for "warmer" weather
