Still 0.2... but you should be able to read that yourself, it is almost unambiguous ;)

Sorry - I assumed it referred to the 0.15 on the right - that is what everyone involved has told me so far

I would also guess 0.2 but these dashed lines are confusing. Let's ask . Can you read the floor area ratio for us?

Oh sh*** ... usage also refers to the floor area ratio... Sorry, I would have expected a logical street sequence with the individual fields, but like this....
