It's simply nonsense if I want to calculate my price per m² and then have to base it on an average value for my entire basement
That's why there are different levels of equipment both for the living area and for the basement.
There are no limits upwards, which is why the average is given. And the average of a basement, unless you upgrade it with gold bars, can be googled and quantified just like the living area.
Even if you now tell me your price per m² including the basement, you necessarily have to specify whether it is fully or partially basemented. Whether you also use the basement for partial living, training, home office, etc. The equipment changes accordingly.
You don't have to do something like that for the price per m² of living space!
