I understand your objection. We have to take out a second loan that we will be paying off for the rest of our lives, but at least it is possible for us. However, I never said "it's no longer possible." But, as I said, I understand the point and you are right about it.

Lay it on thick. How much does the place cost? m2, location, brick? Gable roof, etc. I'm really curious now.

That would interest me as well. Costs are often discussed in the forum. It feels like in the past two years the rough estimate of 2000€/m² has increased to 2500€/m². What is the current price per m² after the price increase (excluding ancillary construction costs, basement, garage, upgrading, etc.)?

Two weeks ago in Bad Vilbel, we already heard 3000 € / m² multiple times...

We are at the old prices; if you only take the living area without the covered terrace at €2,850/m² (upscale standard). Building in Brandenburg is therefore not comparable with BW or Bavaria, etc.
