With upscale features and Just like with the house. A masonry finished garage for 2 cars (1 car hardly makes sense) with floor slab, roof, plaster or clinker facade, windows, sectional door, flooring, possibly insulation and heating starts at a minimum of 35k and can, with clinker, insulation, and a pitched roof, easily cost 65k. I roughly calculated ours. (we did a lot ourselves, but just 80m2 ceramic clinker with joints already costs nearly 10k, Overall about 35k for 55m2

Phew, it’s quite aggressive to read here sometimes  Just because someone asked what their house costs, others ( ) don’t have to feel attacked because they can’t calculate the value of their house. You can ask the general contractor about the basement. Otherwise, it should actually be listed separately for transparency, just like extra technology and other extras. Kitchen is handled externally, the notary also deducts furniture when buying/selling a house. It’s not that difficult if you stick to context when naming numbers and making comparisons. Just because it’s your problem at the moment doesn’t make it pointless. Basement is always external. A house is counted as a house without basement, without kitchen, and according to the common energy saving ordinance. And when you post your value, then with the legend without incidental building costs, garages extra, energy saving ordinance designation, clinker or plaster, and simple or more sophisticated architecture/execution – preferably with location naming (federal state) m² living area / €, and if with basement, then specify Yes, I’m still waiting for :D Identical… there are no identical jobs in the free market. Even the north-south structure distorts your average. Hamburg is not in the Düsseldorf price range. I wouldn’t trust tables in the newspaper. Those are mostly outdated numbers. There already is one, but it’s apparently not well received because no one understands that you can’t just post your euro value randomly without rules (without/with basement), like it was done ;)

I didn’t mean that either.... I wanted to use two random cities as examples to rather express that it is insanely expensive here :D more expensive than Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, etc.... but not quite like Hamburg, though close behind.

How can you deduct that from a developer’s offer?

But not all at once overnight before the selection appointment.

Basically, has now been really "duped". She is just relieved that it is now "only" a 15% price increase, which makes it seem like a good deal to her. So better strike quickly before it gets more expensive again... Just like in Emil and the Detectives. There, a woman wants to buy bread and the baker says she only gets three rolls for the money. "Now take them quickly before they get even more expensive!" (there is rampant inflation)
