Hello,
shism:
Just as a reference: We are currently building a house with >300m² living space, a masonry double garage, and usable space in the basement, and are currently aiming for 560k as construction costs including incidental costs... without exterior landscaping, land, kitchen, etc...
Thanks for this information. I always find such information very helpful. That is about 1870 €/m² specific costs excluding kitchen but including double garage.
It does not matter here, but I have already seen this question quite often:
HillfeHilfe:
Especially since you are currently also renting (?)
We live in a condominium – no rent is due.
Der Da:
Whereas in Bavaria, depending on the place of residence, there is not much available.
That is correct. In the immediate vicinity of the city, an 800 m² plot already costs 380,000 €.
We have had enough of "city life" and definitely want to move to the countryside.
Der Da:
Otto.Motor now just has to take one step further. I would say an architect should plan something for 500,000 €.
I agree. It will probably be almost a year before construction starts – in the meantime, equity will increase.
I would be very happy if someone knows what an architect typically costs. :)
Thanks,
Otto.Motor
