Wow, that is really intense. I wish you lots of strength to get through it.

But I don’t understand why it is being demanded at this absurdly high level.

Our main contractor speaks of 5% and the neighbor’s carpenter hasn’t had any price problems for his timber frame construction because he has had wood in stock for over a year. The few pipes don’t really make much difference.

The production costs of a house include a significant amount of labor costs. As far as I know, there have been NO increases in the relevant industries. I recently read that, for example, the wage negotiations in the construction industry were postponed.

You have posted links again in #32. In your next life here choose something similar to Pinkyponki or so, then everyone will know right away. By the way, there is a moderated subforum here where you are allowed to mention your BU as well :)

I had already done that once because of exactly this GU. However, the post was never published online even though it was very moderate and openly formulated.

The 6 months are not over yet, so irrelevant at the current time; the price commitment was until 30.06.21. That means currently a surcharge of 1.8% would be in accordance with the contract. Or where is the thinking error?

The cellar and house appointment will require at least another 3 months, so the new prices for these and other services will then apply.

Our sample selection was in January. There is still nothing to see of the house...
