I will look at the contracts later and possibly post them here. I seem to remember that they are only allowed to charge "just" 0.6% more per month of contract delay, but I don't know from when this contract delay counts or who is responsible. This is the issue I recently mentioned, that the house construction companies can delay the contracts arbitrarily by pushing the selection of fittings far back. Maybe they just want to get rid of us cheaply in this way because they can now sell their houses at a higher price.
