Yes, that's exactly what I wrote. Did you read the text? Exactly. I also have about 32 installation cables plus the stuff in the [HAR], so in total I come to about 40 connections. The 24-port patch panel has been sufficient for that so far.

Absolutely! :) With my confirmation, I wanted to check if I understood it correctly because the question arose for me: "Why do the items from the technical room not have to go to the patch panel but can go directly to the switch?"

Then I'll keep our planning with 25 installation cables from #77 for the workshop planning.

We discussed the topic of Access Point with the electrician. However, he did not consider it necessary because there will be network sockets everywhere where a WLAN repeater could be connected. Therefore, we omitted the solution of the APs.

If he actually said repeater, he is basically unsuitable to give recommendations on network topics. If you don't care about the wifi, then leave it as it is. If it is somewhat important to you, do it properly with APs under the ceilings and then at least one per floor.

They just aren't located where you would ideally place an access point.

That's just how it is. The electrician is the absolute last point of contact when it comes to networking. No idea why everyone always trusts the electrician? Almost 10 out of 10 electricians in the private home construction sector have no clue about networking once it goes beyond installing the outlets, but they still constantly unload their lack or half-knowledge onto even more clueless customers.
