In your sketch there is an RJ11 to RJ45 connection between the FritzBox and the switch. What for? That doesn't work. If you want to bring analog signals (fax, analog phone) to the sockets (end devices), the above-mentioned connection from the FB to the patch panel would have to run. Get an adapter for 1.87€ TAE to RJ45 or an RJ11 to RJ45 cable for this. Pins 4+5 are usually assigned for telephony. From the socket then again a cable, e.g. RJ45 to RJ11 with assigned pins 4+5 for fax... (often no longer included...)

Which switch do you use? I will also subscribe to MagentaTV and am currently looking for a suitable 24-port switch with PoE.

My last post, although internally linked in this forum, was deleted. Try searching for Cisco and SG250X in this forum.

However, the N510 IP Pro DECT base does not have an RJ11 port. It is connected via LAN. Therefore, I thought I have to bring the telephone signal from the FritzBox into the network via the RJ11/RJ45 cable and then pick it up again on the ground floor. What would be the correct procedure to connect the DECT base on the ground floor?

I can only speak about the GO 100. Base connected to Fritzbox via LAN. Whether switch or direct doesn't matter. Configure the base as an IP phone in the Fritzbox and then register mobile phones. It should be basically the same with the Pro.

If you want to use a TAE connection of the Fritzbox, you can make a connection to a port of the patch panel and connect a telephone to the specific network socket port. However, this has nothing to do with the pure network.
