Additional construction costs ... but which ones?

I have another question for the dear members here,

In my additional construction costs calculation, the items for wastewater, rainwater, and drinking water are not yet verified. After inquiring at the [Stadtwerke], they told me that this should be handled by an independent installer at my own responsibility.

Now, on the one hand, I don't want to contact various craftsmen without actually commissioning one afterwards (as this also costs them time), and on the other hand, I don't even know exactly what I would have to tender.

Since I want to have the costs reasonably calculated before signing the contract and the start of construction next year, I currently lack creativity in the solution space.

The items I researched are the following:
Schmutzwasserleitung 2,500.00 €
zusätzlicher Schmutzwasserschacht
1,800.00 €
Regenwasserschacht o. Zisterne
3,000.00 €
Anschluss Regenwasserentwässerung
2,500.00 €
Herstellen Trinkwasseranschluss
2,000.00 €

I would appreciate your opinions and advice

You can see again how different individual positions can be. 9000.- for earthworks can indeed be high if sandy soil and no basement are involved. However, if there is a basement and the excavation has to be taken to the landfill, it can easily be three times as much. I don’t think I saw any insurance in YOUR list, construction toilet and possibly construction fence/barrier...

Morning , first of all, thanks for your reply.

That is exactly the case with us (flat land in the north, formerly a farmer's field, sandy soil without clay). But since I have already read many horror stories, we have decided to plan a sufficient buffer here. If there is money left over – great.

That is because all GCs we contacted included these.
If one does not have them in the offer, I of course count them in.

I am particularly uncertain about the last mentioned items regarding the water supply, as I find little concrete information here and don’t know how to approach this.

Rainwater with cistern? Or where should it be discharged? We paid about 5000, 2 shafts (rainwater and wastewater), connections and earthworks.

That's exactly where my problem lies - I don't know. I put the list together from various posts. But since the municipal utilities won't tell me what I have to do, and I don't want to burden a craftsman without an order, I'm just drifting around a bit
