I also think rather higher
But as a (well-read and lazy with numbers) layman, I do not want to lean too far out of the window.. quoted 275,000 with the wish for double that... just mentioning this threshold is enough to tell the OP: completely unrealistic

Thank you for the numerous responses. I note that our current expectations are not feasible and take away that one can calculate about 1,600 EUR/sqm for the turnkey construction of a standard house (gable roof without turret or similar but with underfloor heating, and standard sanitary fixtures, electrical installation, heating, windows). Additionally, 15% of the construction costs as incidental construction costs (including house connections, planning costs, building application, architect services, soil survey, excavation of the building pit and disposal).
In addition, there are the basement (35,000-40,000 EUR no living basement), prefabricated garage (10,000 EUR), outdoor facilities (15,000 EUR), interior finishing (25,000 EUR for plastering, flooring, wallpapering, painting), kitchen (10,000 EUR), contingency reserve (10,000 EUR for unforeseen expenses) and an external building inspector (3,500 EUR). Always assuming that you already have a developed plot of land.

That makes a total of:
Construction costs: 304,000 (190 sqm)
Incidental construction costs: 45,600
Basement: 35,000
Prefabricated garage: 10,000
Outdoor facilities: 15,000
Interior finishing: 25,000
Kitchen: 10,000
Reserve: 10,000
Building inspector 3,500
Total 458,100

What do you think of this breakdown, does it reflect a realistic picture of the expected costs?

The relation of the pure numbers looks quite consistent, but without exact details, this cannot be answered.
What kind of windows?
What kind of floor coverings?
Specific heating system?
What does "Innenausbau" mean? (There are wallpapers of various kinds, is drywall included? Interior plaster of what quality and how much needs to be plastered? etc.)
What is included in the exterior facilities?

As said, the basic number setup will probably suffice for a house of this size.
The question is just whether it will also be enough for YOUR house.

One more question about the basement: Shouldn’t I also calculate floor coverings, plastering and white painting in addition to the estimated 35,000 EUR, or is the basement at least already filled and plastered for this price? For the basement, cheaper tiles for 10,- EUR/sqm + installation would be sufficient....

Without calculating exactly whether it fits, some prices strike me as probably based on wishful thinking.
70 € including materials for the tiler will be hard to manage.
Depending on the region. In Karlsruhe, we were offered the cheapest bid at 60 €/sqm without materials, then we looked in the Palatinate, and there was a tiler who did it for your mentioned 40€ + 30€/sqm materials. At the Horn...ch hardware store craftsman service, you also get almost 60 € without materials if you also want to have silicone joints and skirting boards done. And that certainly only for standard-sized tiles. Special formats cost extra.
Terrace and paving work are also significantly more expensive. At least with us. Our Palatinate guy charges 40 € for pure labor for paving, plus 17 €/sqm for the paving.
And terrace for 50 €/sqm... I’d have it done immediately. Unfortunately, here the price for a wooden terrace is almost double per sqm.

Where did you get your prices from? Guessed? Or experience from the recent past?
Due to full order books, craftsmen have often become much more expensive.

We found tiles at our local TOOM hardware store. They are 38 EUR/sqm for Villeroy & Boch Crossover, laying by TOOM at 20 €/sqm and skirting boards 12 €/sqm.
Laminate is 35 €/sqm + 10 €/sqm for laying. It goes through the craftsman who also laid the laminate in our current house.

The paving stones refer to the use of concrete paving stones. According to my research, they should be around 20 €/sqm plus another 20 €/sqm for laying.
For the terrace, I have increased the material cost by a flat rate of 10 EUR/sqm. It’s not supposed to be a wooden terrace. Isn't that calculated sufficiently?
