Hello everyone,
we want to build a KFW 40 QNG house and have applied for the loan through KFW 300 220k€ applied for, 0.18% eff. (Allianzbank) term 10 years full repayment, we don't need more.
Additional costs compared to KFW 40 without seal approx. 11k€ incl. 2000€ buffer and 1500€ contribution from the developer.
I have read most of the posts and have to say that many write that it is not worth it because it is too expensive and so on, unfortunately always from members who have not built a QNG and did not intend to do so, etc.
Is there really anyone here who has built a QNG house and could roughly describe how complicated the whole thing was or is?
The energy consultant said, don't worry, it’s the same house as KFW 40 just with a seal :)
Thanks in advance for the answers

You can calculate the whole thing. Just compare the interest rates and calculate the savings for 10 years. Some house companies want 8-10k extra, which definitely is not worth it for a single dwelling.
