That's true, Pf is pretty cheeky with "schedule the appointment best now already" and even worse than enbw. But at 70m, it is definitely worth switching to an air-to-water heat pump.

In the house, I wouldn't care where which pipes run.

Yes, the exterior is now fixed; we can’t change anything anymore; the plans have to be submitted on Monday. The storage room was actually supposed to be a pantry. But you’re right. There are too many openings in the kitchen. That would at least be one point to address: closing off the pantry.

Yes, good idea. Best to have the door from the hallway with a glass panel. It really hurts me that the architect canceled the window in the pantry. I think rooms without windows on the ground floor should be generally prohibited. At least a small one... I have to say, though, that I don't find the slanted bathroom door upstairs very attractive. Matter of taste.
