Oh, I forgot, it's a time issue. Well, coming up with something quickly, only Yvonne can do that...

So in my opinion the children's bathroom is a sticking point at the top. It would work better if the two bathrooms were next to each other and the staircase switched to the side with the front door. Here is a sketch again of what I mean. That would mean that the ground floor would have to be adjusted accordingly. Which doesn't sound impossible to me now. However, almost all the rooms would have to be redesigned. Just a thought.

Good approach, but can you still fit furniture in child 2 and 3? The passage looks relatively narrow. That could be a sticking point. But the thing with the bathrooms is really coolly solved!

Is wider than a door. But with child 3 still pulling a bit on the wall, I’m relaxed about it. It was just optimized so that all 3 children are the same size.
That it’s not impossible below, based on this sketch. Huge problem now though here: Quite a distance from the entrance to the wardrobe.
On the other hand, the guest now has less space and a direct connection to the bathroom. Well, maybe the pros can make more out of it. As little as possible has been changed.

I’ll forward this to him as is, let’s see what he thinks about it. What kind of little program is this anyway?

Oh, how big are the kids' rooms there actually?
