How to change the floor plan?

No, but that’s what’s written in the design manual. Maybe they changed it afterwards, since some houses have already been built that aren’t exactly ideal.

But 340 € would actually still be okay if you look at the prices in the surrounding area and in the Hegenach new development area in the Southeast City.

You have to ask your planner. For example, Rekers builds on a 50cm grid, I think.
I recently requested a price for our project, 9x6m with a large gate. 30k € plus foundations. No thanks, you can keep it. These things have too many disadvantages.

Well, it's 6x6 (double parking space) plus a 3x6 storage room attached at the back. That's two garages side by side ("large space garage") and one perpendicular at the back. But the price is crazy. Considering that from the outside you can always see that they are modules, not waterproof, condensation problem, ... no no. It was worth a try but at that price it simply doesn't fit.

According to Rekers Garagen, you can't build it like that because otherwise the door would hit the wall. The door would have to be made narrower, which would mean that no 2 cars could fit in the garage.

We are currently really considering whether we should just forget this nonsense and buy a plot of land in Hegenach.
There the land prices are higher, but overall it would be cheaper to build there because the BBPL is much more lenient.
Especially since I have obtained a first offer for the garage: turnkey just under €54,000!!!

It is really an outrage what is being pulled here. We are forced to build an expensive nonsense that apparently does not even guarantee the function and still have to pay for their great architect.

I explained this to the bureaucrats there, but they only turn a deaf ear.

I sincerely wish such idiots a client who has all the time in the world (and a bull terrier of a lawyer).

For comparison: in #142 on page 24 you can see which minimal change caused the botch in the first place. One almost wants to start a petition for the introduction of the academic degree "complete idiot h.c.".
