Well, yes, we already submitted it last month, but didn’t get an approval report. The architect-artist on the design committee didn’t want a prefab garage. (Although I wonder where you’re supposed to see a difference if it’s clad with wood) I’m really relieved that it actually worked out now. Our architect has apparently been sick for months, so the managing director had to outsource the project. Only because I pushed for it, since otherwise the city would have lifted the reservation. If there were reasonable alternatives, I would have said screw it, but unfortunately there aren’t any. The location is just too perfect for us.

Well, 140 new plots are coming now, development mid-2018, are you under time pressure?

You have paid the reservation fee anyway, buy the plot and take your time.

Yes, you know that the property can only be purchased after approval? Otherwise, we would have done it already. How do you know that they will develop it in 2018? However, they will increase the prices.

The garage look is not a drama. They just want to prevent these 0815 spray plaster auto containers from standing in the front yard. Order the garages without plaster from the factory and have the same plaster as on the house applied, then the same color over it. Then you choose an accent (e.g. in the color of the windows on the house or on the house and garage there is something clad in the same wood ...) so that there is a similarity above as well. Then it should fit.

Yes, that was the idea, but the garage wall is now longer on one side, so a prefabricated garage no longer makes economic sense, does it?

You had to ask your planner. [ZB Rekers] builds with a 50cm grid, I think. I recently requested a price for our project, 9x6m with a large gate. 30,000€ plus foundations. No thanks, you can keep it. Those things have too many disadvantages. It will probably be a carport anyway, possibly made of steel.
