Well, I have to admit, the plot is really tricky. You have to swallow some toad somehow.
I’m not an architect, so I just fiddle around. After endless trying, I only come up with a design with 2 children’s rooms, which just fits into the building window.
Therefore – ashes on my head – the design might not be as bad as I thought.
Hello kaho674,
thanks again for the input, we have now finally been able to implement the ideas through an internal change of the architect. Unfortunately, we couldn’t start over, as we received a deadline from the city until next week, by which we have to submit the plans. We tried to make the best out of the ideas.
We actually really like your ideas, except for the hallway on the upper floor, which seems relatively narrow to me.
Do you think it should be widened?
It is only 105 cm wide, is there something like a minimum width that should be built so that it doesn’t feel too cramped?
Edit:
Please don’t be surprised about the garage. It was imposed on us as a condition to adapt it architecturally to the plot. If we weren’t so close to the goal, I’d just scrap all this nonsense.
There is a limit to the fun.
