Hehe, I also thought of the wife or her entourage

With that amount, everything should be right.

hmm, actually from a certain value on, the saying goes: buy cheap, buy twice

"To acquire a plot of land in Tiergarten, an approval report is required. This involves the approval of the planning intended by the prospective buyer by the specially established Design Advisory Board for Tiergarten." An approval report.

But I find the concept very nice. Better than many other urban plans. Even if it is ultimately a gigantic marketing story where everyone is holding out their hand, the idea does convince me. And since all the plots are gone, apparently others too.

So a real bargain.

So just to summarize again: the external shape must remain, the number of rooms certainly as well, the orientation according to the cardinal directions is probably already quite optimized, there is probably still some leeway in the size of the rooms, and the staircase is certainly not set in stone. Slightly shifting the windows probably doesn’t matter too much either. Well Yvonne, no desire?

... But what's the use of the effort if afterwards it's said: the staircase takes up too much space. [emoji15]
Anyone who knows me here a bit knows that I first gauge how a TO feels about changes.
Because if I spend my free time creating drafts, they should also be for attentive minds - otherwise it's too much of a waste for the hours spent on it.

And I correct your statement: kitchen stays, just gets a door, staircase is fixed, the dressing room can't be smaller, and the rest should also stay - except for the children's rooms [emoji848]

Best regards in brief
