What do you mean by light sensitization?
You didn’t write that you don’t like sun/light. From the afternoon onwards, there is only light in your utility room and technology room in the evening, exactly the rooms that would manage fine with north and darkness.
Otherwise, my better half is not a fan of living room, dining, and kitchen completely in one row.
I have been on the "narrow house trip" for a while now.
hm… I favor the design that is oriented to the plot, the rooms then result accordingly. The L has advantages, but so do other room shapes, e.g. spaciousness, light-flooded rooms feel much bigger than dark ones. But everyone has their priorities. Yours definitely are not the sunlight (in the house). However, I’m surprised that you still don’t put the kitchen by the garden, but instead the (even isolated) relaxation area, which is often used only in the evenings by families. In the active area with this design, you look at a garage only 3 meters away or an even closer hedge. That leaves only a 2-meter strip in front of the window. I don’t understand such a choice, that you play around with such a location. Then this sofa area less than 4 meters deep, where the seating area of 60 cm does not show the 3x2 meter sofa. The built-in TV furniture, although it came about ingeniously with the back of the shower, gives you no other arrangement than with your back to the action (despite the wall). Funny, a short garden story: neighbors were here yesterday for a little wine and said that they don’t like sitting “in the back” early in the evening but rather sideways towards the street because it’s livelier there and you can chat with neighbors out for a walk. Different strokes for different folks :) But: long story short: the toilet plus DB hatch is a design mistake.
