Well, then give some back:

That is at least something, but compared to the effort of the ladies, it is unreasonably stingy / tight-lipped; Yvonne, you weren’t considered here at all.

On my part, extensively in post #66.

But the company named in your external PM would not be a prefabricated house provider (???)

If the OP is building in RLP, I’m afraid the carport also needs to be 5m away from the street :-(

It's included. The cars are just parked in parking spaces.

Carport is allowed at 3m. With some tricks, you can probably also put a garage at 3m. At least there are a few on the street. (I believe that is possible with an electric gate)

That’s not what it’s about for me either. Text can always be interpreted one way or another.

Especially if you apparently are very picky about the wording here.

Again,
I am very grateful for the input you give. It helps me to think again.

What is unrealistic about that? As I said, we are outside a lot and by that I don’t mean on the small property. We ride our bikes in all weather and rarely on the street. We also discussed three showers for a long time. But it stays in. Maybe we use them little, but it doesn’t cost a fortune now either. (OK, I know the 2 or 3 sqm of living space)

We won’t put it in. Discussed for a long time as well.

Thanks K a t j a.

We originally started out with such a design.
But then we insisted on having the entrance from the side. You know the story from there to some extent.
The desire to have the entrance from the side came, as I said, from me. I had that, liked it, and want it that way.

As always, everything has its pros and cons. It does not make things easy on the small plot.

Because I also respect the wife’s wish that the kitchen should be in the front. Building a house is a huge compromise, actually like any project at work.
