What for, actually?

I once asked about the dimensions of the property and the building window. Has that question already been answered?

It's also kind of funny that now every resident extends their garage deep into the building window and thereby shades the left-neighboring property. How idiotic. But that way everyone only thinks of themselves and everyone suffers the same damage.

And is the inclined guest allowed to use the bathroom in your dirt sluice? That’s especially cozy when everyone is drinking coffee on the terrace and one after another is using the guest toilet. That has something of a gas station flair.
If the kids are so dirty that they need a sluice, then they can also walk around the house sometimes. Aside from that, the terrace is the dirt sluice where you can relieve little boots and Kompasskalle of their burden. But the guest toilet? I wouldn’t have thought of that.

Ah, the famous argument "we have always done it this way." Well then, it’s not my children’s problem.

The rooms pile up upstairs, it’s dark and cramped but actually you only need the rooms sporadically. Has that really been thought through?

What is that supposed to change? Nothing.

18x22m, which results in an approx. building window of 12x15m. The narrow side is the street.

Could also be practical – that’s the wife’s idea. Because you can get from the terrace door directly into the toilet without going through the house.

Yes, my idea was also to put the shower in the utility room and have that connected to the terrace.

Better ideas are welcome. "Weekend children" are unfortunately not a simple topic.

How would you design the guest WC if the living room and kitchen + dining room are arranged like this? Simply swap?

Well, I as an old 68er will probably never understand the sight protection obsession of the Sagrotan generation.

How cute, I didn't know those yet, thanks! (Although I am an East German, in this sense we probably moved over too early).

Apparently not. I do not say without reason that choosing your own architect pays off.

The view from the couch into the garden is more important to us than carrying a few meters of stuff into the garden a few times a year.

Yes, that is 100% true Unfortunately, we have to build (construction deadline) and there was no architect available anymore. That's why a construction company.
