Gladly, I also give criticism back. :-) But I don't feel that this is appropriate. You brought suggestions and ideas and I only responded to them. Yes, I sometimes type too little text because I usually write on my mobile phone. However, much also missed the requirements by far. Which was good again, because we discussed intensively again whether it still makes sense that way. About the provider. Sorry if I can't properly classify the manufacturers' terminology there. Would one rather call it a "general contractor"? I don't know. For me, this is an individually planned prefabricated house.

Well, that sounds to me like you just want a confirmation for your design. Sorry, you won't get that from me. I really don’t like smelling and hearing the toilet next to the coffee cup on the terrace. Dark hallways without natural light on the upper floor are always bleak and just gloomy. The side entrance is an unimportant detail that will seem ridiculous to you after construction, especially if it poses a danger to life and limb, since the driveway runs right past it. Additionally, the half-hearted orientation towards the garden is a flaw not to be underestimated. But it’s not uninhabitable – so why keep beating a dead horse? Good luck with it!

Oh, a house design can certainly be put under more pressure by other wishes than if the lady gets her kitchen window facing the street, and the gentleman his side entrance. More matters of taste than drama, and actually not even really crazy. Exactly, that’s how it is. From our point of view, you simply replied too little. It’s considered appropriate here (in my opinion rightly so) to also constructively (and as usefully as possible for readers) comment on the kind suggestions made by the proposal creators. You probably did that partly, but very “sparingly.” As long as there’s no “sent with brand name of the messenger” (because that would regularly be unwelcome here), we’re happy to also read phone dictations aka speech-to-text :) It’s probably a “turnkey” general contractor (built “stone by stone,” no prefabricated wall panels).

I am also a mobile phone texter, even if no one wants to believe it…
No, sorry… that's no excuse when someone is obviously making an effort here.
