Prefabricated houses are not a bad thing. Providers of solid stone prefabricated houses are, I’d say, "in the minority" – maybe you could name which one it is.

Well, the thing is quite simple, no rocket science, it shouldn’t take this long: 1. Look at Yvonne’s proposal, compare with own planning status: is it better yes or no; 2. Look at Katja’s proposal, compare with own planning status: is it better yes or no; 3. Tell the draftsman: A) make building application for Yvonne’s proposal / B) make building application for Katja’s proposal / C) make building application for last planning status with changes X, Y, Z. 4. Done with all the nonsense. When women get pregnant, the delivery date is in less than ten months – men, no really ...

The provider is not being badmouthed here. PMs work both ways the same: if you can’t send, you can’t receive either. But you can very easily read here how to reach me externally (same name also @gmx de).

The view from the couch into the garden is more important to us than carrying a few things into the garden a few times a year.

But that is no reason why the kitchen absolutely has to be by the street. One does not necessarily exclude the other. If you want substantial tips, the exact reason must be given. Do you really want to count cars while chopping beans? Or does the housewife already put the water on when the husband appears on the horizon? What?
