Well. The house I lived in before was also a "KFW30" house. Nearly passive. That's why I wouldn't generalize it like that.

Still, maybe please your opinion.

Kitchen according to plan top left?
Entrance front (bottom of plan) (center) more sensible?
Does anyone happen to have similar floor plans on hand?
Definitely give up a straight staircase or just position it differently?

... remove the staircase from the middle. At least in such a way that there isn't a snail's path behind and beside the staircase that doesn't even see daylight.
According to Feng Shui, the center should preferably always remain free so that the Chi can flow. This is quite worth mentioning here.
I would probably make use of the construction window's length and plan the house narrower with a southwest garden. With the width, it still looks somewhat clumsy, like a multi-family house.

Thank you

That was our feeling too. Let’s see if we "may" reschedule it that way. It will probably cost us extra money. But we don’t want to live in a shell either.

Why? A planner/architect owes you a pleasing plan. Even if it is the third or fourth attempt.

The woman has talked on the phone with the planner (house building company) and she has incorporated her wishes. Our appointment is still pending. I think it is somewhat better, at least it roughly reflects our direction. The living room still looks very "thrown together" and the dressing room upstairs is of course also a disaster. The kitchen with an island in front of a tall cabinet wall is set for my wife. She also insists a bit on the straight staircase. I will try in the next few days to stretch the house a bit longer. Unfortunately, I don’t think I am the best house planner. You are also welcome to tear it apart.
