So the sketch and the constructive feedback are great, there is no question of dissatisfaction. I just have a few questions.
I would like to answer all your questions, but unfortunately an invisible advertisement constantly covers the "quote post" button.
So here’s a freehand, freer than the sketch, mind you it is just a sketch (I probably should go back to graph paper and pencil so questioners understand that this is not a detailed execution plan).
Again, it was created in 10 minutes.
And I don’t know why you have a problem moving the garage half a meter. But I can assure you that the window position can already be appealing, even if the exterior wall is partly covered by a garage.

Regarding the guest toilet: You wrote that your parents come to visit for 2 days a week and even continuously. You had a 70 x 75 cm shower marked. Therefore, 4-5 sqm is simply not enough. You are around 40, so the parents are accordingly somewhat over 65 and in 5 years they will be 70.
The hallway size is shown including the staircase and is somewhat smaller. Smaller than your hallway. But I admit I didn’t take time; likewise the kitchen is somewhat inadequate for good furnishing.
The bedroom can be entered well through a tidy walk-in closet. A larger walk-in closet could be good, e.g., for an ironing board and suitcases. You have to put your stuff somewhere. The attic will probably not be walkable but suitable only for boxes.
And whether you need more space for the office than for other rooms, I find that comparison somewhat petty.
How you might use the rooms, however, is up to you. I am not prescribing anything to you in that respect.
But basically, I just wanted to hear some feedback from you. Also, how you find ’s suggestion, you can share your thoughts on that.
Overall, you should be advised: If you need numerous rooms, e.g., also for office and guest, then you might have to scale back your think-in-big living room somewhat. Even 170 sqm (roughly estimated because of the roof slopes) is finite. And you try to save everywhere where there is added value, e.g., a spacious utility room or a shower toilet, which will probably also be used very frequently by everyone.
Wouldn’t it be better to plan the staircase at the front by the entrance?
Yes, under certain circumstances.
Then I would probably lose the possibility of an office in the north.
That can still be planned elsewhere.
