Of course, one can plan something realistic.
Although my approach was just a quick sketch, what exactly do you dislike about #4 now?

So the sketch and the constructive feedback are great, there is no question of dissatisfaction. I just have a few questions. And in the sense of "being led," these would also only be "what is your opinion" and not "this must be changed now." - The ground floor WC is a bit large, isn’t it? 4-5m2 would do. - The hallway, as already mentioned, is even bigger now, what do I do with the huge room (large empty rooms waste money)? If I understood correctly, the size is due to the centrally located staircase. Wouldn’t it be better to plan the staircase at the front by the entrance? Then I probably lose the option of an office in the north. - The garage covers half of ground floor room Z5, so we squeeze in a window on the left and yet half the room is still dark? I still can't imagine the room as inviting. - How do I get into room Z2 on the upper floor? - If I use Z5 8m2 on the upper floor as an office, isn’t Z6 much too large as a dressing room? And shouldn’t it be the other way around, using Z3, Z2, and Z8 as bedrooms and Z6 as an office? I would clarify such questions with the architect, but you asked. These dialogues help me better understand which things have a big impact and which maybe smaller ones.

I also once made a sketch.

Unfortunately, my old program cannot depict a glass roof. I hope imagination is sufficient for that. Regardless of whether it is liked or not, I would like to point out once again the questionable accessibility of the apex. The heights at the top are at least not sufficient in my sketch to set doors at all. This means, conversely, that everything must be left open. Since one does not want to heat the entire roof pointlessly, one would probably install a foldable ceiling hatch or similar. In my opinion, the architect's example is flawed because you cannot pass to the left or right at the top of the stairs without hitting your head. Measurements would be helpful here.

I would like to answer all your questions, but unfortunately an invisible advertisement constantly covers the "quote post" button.
So here’s a freehand, freer than the sketch, mind you it is just a sketch (I probably should go back to graph paper and pencil so questioners understand that this is not a detailed execution plan).
Again, it was created in 10 minutes.
And I don’t know why you have a problem moving the garage half a meter. But I can assure you that the window position can already be appealing, even if the exterior wall is partly covered by a garage.

Regarding the guest toilet: You wrote that your parents come to visit for 2 days a week and even continuously. You had a 70 x 75 cm shower marked. Therefore, 4-5 sqm is simply not enough. You are around 40, so the parents are accordingly somewhat over 65 and in 5 years they will be 70.

The hallway size is shown including the staircase and is somewhat smaller. Smaller than your hallway. But I admit I didn’t take time; likewise the kitchen is somewhat inadequate for good furnishing.
The bedroom can be entered well through a tidy walk-in closet. A larger walk-in closet could be good, e.g., for an ironing board and suitcases. You have to put your stuff somewhere. The attic will probably not be walkable but suitable only for boxes.
And whether you need more space for the office than for other rooms, I find that comparison somewhat petty.
How you might use the rooms, however, is up to you. I am not prescribing anything to you in that respect.

But basically, I just wanted to hear some feedback from you. Also, how you find ’s suggestion, you can share your thoughts on that.

Overall, you should be advised: If you need numerous rooms, e.g., also for office and guest, then you might have to scale back your think-in-big living room somewhat. Even 170 sqm (roughly estimated because of the roof slopes) is finite. And you try to save everywhere where there is added value, e.g., a spacious utility room or a shower toilet, which will probably also be used very frequently by everyone.

Yes, under certain circumstances.

That can still be planned elsewhere.

I have rotated the staircase again. The hallway is now just under 13 sqm, the shower toilet about 5.5 (sketched and RBM with 10 cm walls)

Sorry my mistake, in the 1st draft the 2m line is drawn, it is indeed difficult to get around the stairs there. He showed me a [Spitze] from another house with a fixed staircase, narrow 2m corridor, but doable, with 2 doors and 2 radiators.
