Why should that be a "no go"? What speaks against it? In any case, thanks for the visualization, I also believe that is what was meant (so instead of making the door wider, one more window, I think).

Because the windows are no longer aligned.

An additional window somehow looks strange. Possibly 2*0.7m wide. The architect should show you what looks better.

has already understood that correctly. Accordingly, the roof overhang is adjusted so that it is visually harmonious.

So far, more has been traced than planned by ourselves. Another point I noticed: Where could a tall cabinet go in the bathroom? Only to the left of the sinks? There are roughly 1.20m for the washing machine and then a cabinet. Not behind the door. And next to the toilet only a small one fits.

In my opinion, you plan far too little. As the constructionowner, you should take more dominant influence on the course of the building efforts. All the connection and technical room stuff demands a serious engagement, but it seems to me that you take it lightly and treat it roughly as minor finish selection details. But it can shake up the floor plans just as heavily as the staircase, about which you disregard Katja’s notes (that it was only proposed to reach that far into the attic on certain conditions). Raising children’s room windows or collar beams / main purlins by 10 cm now is a decimal point philosophy in what might already be an invalid wrong scenario. In Kottan, a Monopoly chance card basically reads something like “the police go to a reported break-in at Galerie Lafayette, but in reality, it takes place on Mariahilferstraße.” And you shift windows and doors into a straight line or something.

Well, you can't see it in the final result, so I can follow you. Other things were agreed upon, such as the technology in the house and the staircase from #27, alternatively the quarter turn further up and starting the staircase behind the door to the GZ. But we didn't know if that would work in terms of length, etc. So I can only speculate why the last version looks like this, and maybe the vacation this week contributed to that. I have to wait until next week to know the reasons for the disregarded changes.
