And how do you want to access the storage space? Via a proper staircase or is a ladder sufficient?

Perhaps something fundamental: If the office is located at the bottom of the plan and the entrance is underneath, then the (counter-directional) staircase either always pushes into the dining/living room (so the rooms at the top of the plan become small) or it becomes a straight staircase with the entrance from the left, which causes the rooms at the bottom of the plan on the ground floor to become small. Have I understood this correctly from the sketches?
