The compromise became the staircase, which did not fit at 17 cm height, therefore 18 cm, but I find it the better option. The door from the hallway to the utility room actually shouldn’t be there either, but that can be tolerated on this drawing. Small downside: the clear height has remained the same, which is acceptable. The building application will be submitted based on this draft. I’m curious whether we really want to continue the planning with this office.
