I see everything exactly as The question of the no-go on the TV wall also concerns her. Moreover, the question is whether and why a walk-in closet is desired. If there is no need, then the room can be used differently. However, I am looking for the real space eater. The hallway here is somewhat too wide, but the kitchen is compact. .

I don't have a better reason than that we didn't like a wall protruding into the room or a centrally placed wall in the existing buildings we visited. It probably comes down to personal taste.

Got a tip: The Edition 430 from VieBH has a floor plan (mirrored longitudinally) that already looks very good. Don't know if it's allowed to upload these pictures here. The Edition 600 (entrance gable on the left) or the V2 also don't look bad. I will take all this as a basis for further planning.

I really find that confusing. This house has no guest room, but a backup kitchen – that doesn’t fit your wishes at all. Did you change your mind overnight? That makes it hard for me to take the whole thing seriously.

I find the development of the roof apex somewhat questionable in the architect's plan. He should please draw in the 2m line! Then it could, in my opinion, be quite tight with a corridor next to this chicken ladder. It should actually be considered whether the apex is even worth the effort. You can only stand directly under the ridge. It will be more or less a storage space for trash.

Well, none of the floor plans fit exactly, but what they have in common is that there is an extra room on the ground floor and as a result, the kitchen/dining/living area is sometimes larger, sometimes smaller. Of course, I don’t need a backup kitchen. The upper floor doesn’t fit either, and these houses have a 35° roof pitch with a trapdoor to the attic, which is more of a crawl space. Still, they give me hope that my architect can also design something suitable for us. I’ll get in touch as soon as I have a response from him. I’m curious.
