Full quote is, by the way, just as unnecessary as responding to each discussant individually. Follow the references to the titles of my external posts (or if necessary my avatar Easter egg), then your enlightenment is near. The HOAI fee table is structured similarly to a tax table; for a house that costs the same, the architect wants higher fees if it is more complex in structure.

Sorry, I still don't quite understand the "maintain floor" thing. In #90 I tried to summarize it. #39 (with Luke, I think) and #86 already appeal to me very much, I'll print them out in large format and then we'll discuss it at home. Just for reference regarding the chicken ladder: Our stairs to the upper floor are about 78cm wide with 19.5/20.5, we use them every day for years. In my opinion, a slightly larger stairway will be sufficient for less frequent use.

19.5 rise and tread 20.5??? And you want such nonsense again in your own beautiful SchnuppiDuppi super house for a lot of money?

I understood you as if the "planner" was supposed to improve only one floor and take the other from a previous release version. I think #86 is really good and #39 just okay.

Exactly, it says in #90 first point: "OG layout should remain as in the original post", so see #1. Improvement especially desired on the ground floor. Sorry #76 part 1 (the one without carport) instead of #39, it is the further development of #39. Why is it actually not possible to build walls in the attic in #76? A laundry room for washing and drying with extraction or something? Also an idea. I have to draw it by hand (), if I estimate it like that, in #86 the office is >10m2, about the same size as the bathroom. With a slightly smaller office, a washing machine could probably still fit in the bathroom. In #86 it says "same stair position", but the stairs are on the other side in the hallway in each case, or am I seeing that wrong?
