I am (and was yesterday) at home, but I had many days off and then an email came in as well. But the fact that I only pull a Planerohr half-length because of that will not happen again (something would have belonged here).

You can only ruin what is intact. And Katja has already said that the "license condition" for her design (this version was only intended for the case that the stairs should go up to the attic) is no longer fulfilled.

I still haven't understood the third window, do you mean another window next to the door? What does that have to do with the canopy? Here is the front view. You have indeed said that several times, although I wonder if someone just copied it without thinking about the relative shift of the walls to the front door or if there’s still some sense behind it. When I look at the entrance like this, I tend to lean towards option 1. The question remains, I think, is this staircase in that position optimal for this floor plan? Aside from the technical aspects, that should also be addressed. Then I just hope that they do not simply replace the staircase and leave everything else as it is, causing problems again (which would basically bring us back to #1).

Another question: My partner wanted to know what the effects are if both clear heights are adjusted to 2.59m and whether that is even possible? The planner wanted to see what can be done, but I have not received any further information on that yet.

It won't be good for anything; you won't notice the difference. The purlins would then also move 10 cm inward here, and the entire roof truss kinematics will be adjusted differently.

It could be that the entrance turned out like this because the 4.01m in the WZ-L was adhered to (see #1). This naturally pushes the entrance area closer to the utility room, and if you also make the utility room nice and wide, then of course there is no more space for a suitable entrance.

I understand the proposal from as follows.

To improve the passage, one step less with a rise of 18.3 cm. Then adjust the wardrobe slightly.
