I would consider that a breakthrough and I’m happy for you that you recognized this problem. It’s really bad if it only becomes apparent after signing. It’s important that the planner draws all the details exactly. A floor without precise planning is at least suspicious.

Basically, it is thanks to the roof pitch that a corridor with comfortable standing height at all comes about in an attic above a top floor (not above an upper floor). To add a lot of partitioning on top of that is asking too much or actually doing a disservice. Make the children's rooms open first and give the children a "treehouse level" for sleeping or playing; access the storage attic via a classic attic hatch and pull-out ladder.

Ok, we checked the arrangements at home and found that the partner had already firmly planned DG as storage space with just a hatch, and the other one only as an option. But ok, now a clear statement. Thanks. As of now, #76 would be our favorite without WG and with KZ firstoffen ( thanks for the suggestion), although I estimate the GZ to be around 11m2. That would be a bit larger and nicer, but otherwise good. Now let's hope that this opinion remains the same.
