Perhaps something fundamental: If the office is placed at the bottom of the plan and the entrance is underneath, then the (counter-directional) staircase either always extends into the dining/living room (so the rooms at the top of the plan become small) or there will be a straight staircase with an entrance from the left, making the rooms at the bottom of the ground floor small. Did I understand that correctly from the sketches?

Please tell me from which plans (post numbers) you are referring to, your skullcap is not transparent. Which design have you decided on anyway?

One more objection, in case it was overlooked: if you do not permanently connect the tip via the stairs, rethink your plans! #76 was still before the decision against the developed tip.

We sat together for several hours and went through everything, that was much better than this ping-pong game. This is what came out of it now. I hope that this time all views as well as the measurements are visible. The technology is still drawn in the garage, I will have to clarify why at the next appointment. Otherwise, I would only have the consideration of smaller GZ vs larger L in the WZ. Nothing else immediately catches my eye, it looks much better than the previous ones.
