The bedroom is also too cluttered for me. A thoroughfare par excellence! A real mess, not suitable for resting. Soon all alternatives for OGs will be exhausted...

Yes, we actually also find the bedroom somewhat restless because you enter the bathroom and dressing room from there. We will discuss this with the architect on Friday. Do you perhaps have another idea how this could be solved differently?

Not this week, unfortunately. No time, I’m afraid.

Hello everyone,
a few months later we are getting back to you with completely new floor plans. We are now building with a granny flat in the basement for the mother-in-law.

What do you think of the floor plans?

What we like:
- The gallery and window fronts on the east side
- Open, spacious living-dining-kitchen area
- Enough space for a wardrobe
- Upper floor: dressing room with lots of space

Our "concerns":
Entrance area on the ground floor too narrow
Entrance to the living area through the living room / where the TV wall will be
On the upper floor: utility room too narrow (?)
- Study very long and tube-shaped
- Pantry too long and narrow. Is the entire kitchen space really well used?
- Arrangement of windows in the children's rooms regarding furniture placement
- Boring cubic shape, as there are no bay windows

We are very curious about your opinions!

Best regards

That is almost completely different. Unfortunately, the original site is missing. Either the plot is as incredibly flat as shown, then the basement is absolute luxury. Or the flatness is only created afterwards (and possibly forgotten that an excavator bucket of moved earth also costs an excavator bucket of money).
